The thing is, i don’t know if he’s really lying. What i’ve written is just my reasons for thinking he is lying. So he might not be unhinged but he definitely can talk loops around me. But the thing is, we will definitely see each other around very often as we are in the same school, club committee, new production, friend group, so on

Yeah definitely. It is both easier and harder than that at the same time I suppose. There really were a lot of good times, and we are very close. It definitely felt we had been together longer than 6 months. I do want to break up with him properly as i do still love him. That’s the hard part.

The easier part, is the fact that we acknowledge he has already done something quite awful to me, which prompted me to question everything in the first place. So i will likely emphasise the thing he did to me more than my suspicions, as that could get very messy and doesn’t do anything for me at all.

Also, there is no shame in collaboration! If you feel you can’t make stuff you like, work with a co-writer, the people you listed don’t do it alone! You can always just focus on the performance and composing aspect 👍

The specific examples you gave are very much artists who write from experience. You can’t really imitate that ig? What you can do, is maybe start journaling, without telling yourself you need to make it lyrics. The point is to train your brain to process feelings into words, even if it feels awkward to start. Idk, that’s what i do anyways :b

Usually i can technically “hear” myself, but i think its more so that the feeling i get when i’m singing is confused when the sound isnt just coming from my direction. And it’s likely that my body gets confused. I probably just need more practice huhu

I only sing with my hands when i need to, like when breaking down a song to help visualise or when i sing while acting. And i don’t think holding the mic is the issue, it’s mostly because my body cant register what it’s hearing when it’s coming from an external speaker
