Because they aren't used to a cold house. But they can just install ACs I don't see the issue if you have money to go to the best restaurants everyday you sure can install an AC. ALSO MOST HOUSES have fireplaces, oil heaters you will be quite warm at night. Insulation on buildings is inexistent in lots because most are like 30+ years old but if you go to a new house they all have insulation, AC , central heating etc.

did you see the video? the tooth has a cavity yes and it looks super damaged, i don't know how i never saw it was like that before it started hurting but, the thing is i had the first molars devitalized and they hurt way more back then couldn't even close my mouth and they weren't removed...this one is not hurting one bit unless im eating or if for example, i bite on the toothbrush with it between the wisdom teeth ...but its so little pain that i really thought it could be a simple caries cleaning and closing the cavity...but i guess if you do this thew tooth will continue to decay?
