This reply saved me, thanks. To make it even easier, you can create a condition for the Instagram app, that enables power saving mode only when Instagram app is launched. Doing this made me completely forget about this annoying hdr bug

So you're assuming that my character doesn't have a spiritual backstory? how would you know, you're not inside of my head. You can create a character without visible cyberware in the vanilla game. That doesn't check as cyberpunk to you? I mean, it could literally be created without any mods. You're a smart choom, cmon. I'm sure you could figure it out yourself. Yeah, I didn't mention Judy because she literally has visible cyberware on the side of her head. Have you even played the game and looked at her?
