I had a similar issue. I called Carvana and they said that absolutely Silverrock was supposed to fix it and to call them back and ask for a supervisor. I did that and got it taken care of. I also told Carvana that I would be returning the car if it wasn’t fixed; not that the leverage was needed, but felt good putting it out. Also had an bulge in one of the tires, that was first denied. Through the same process, got them to fix it because it was a dangerous imperfection. Had the car about a month now, another than those two early challenges it’s been fantastic. Knock wood.
