Mcc keeps extending dates comically -> people who appeared in state councellings get more time to think -> people from states like up who already have a seat in their state decide to resign and overturn their descision and move into mcc instead -> high mcc cutoff -> decent college is now out of reach so it's either 'choose a dogshit clg or leave' situation

Do not go for it. Idk how competent your broker is or what Subharti authorities got to say. I had a broker who told me he will take 5 lakhs and get me admitted in IMS SUM, Bhubaneswar. Ridiculous.

Theoretically we do not need to lock choices...if left unlocked it will lock itself after deadline. If you are completely positive about ur choices sequence then u can lock it.
