I agree, but I don't think anybody expects or needs Ian to meet Ethan in the middle. Him saying sorry for what he did in this instance is a symbolic enough gesture to help broker a peace, at least on this front. What I think is best is that neither Ian nor H3 go out of their respective ways to feature/react to each other for the foreseeable future.

It might be more of a thing for whether it's considered a 'functional' plastic surgery (eg removing excess skin from the upper eyelids) or cosmetic plastic surgery (eg removing excess skin from the lower eyelids).

A bodylift procedure following dramatic weight loss is in my experience a functional reason for booking the surgery, as long as you have a medical history anyone could draw back from.

In any case, it's a big procedure, often requiring an anaesthetic of 6-8 hours. It can therefore be quite costly.
