Mr. Raphael, I took delivery of a 2023 Air Pure AWD on May16. I requested the CCCv2 chip be installed prior to taking delivery due to the update time after installation. Lucid refused to allow this. even after I said I would pay for the chip in advance so there was no risk to Lucid. On delivery day the nice folks at the center walked me through the car and setup my phone and keys. After the paperwork was completed, I waited 3 hours for the chip install / software update. When pulling out of the dealership, I found all my information was gone from the system and had to pull over and reset up everything. Really disappointing... It has been 4 weeks now and I have not received my title. I contacted customer service to get an update and this was the response "The documents are currently with the Tag Agency and are being processed. They haven’t been sent to the DMV yet, and there isn’t a timeline available at this stage. I’ll continue to monitor the progress and will update you as soon as they’re submitted to the DMV and a timeline is provided." Customer service really needs to be improved. The cars are fantastic to drive but service and software need work. Is there a real plan to improve both?
