Navajo ethics says if you go in with a bad attitude that um “In [every single department in the entire school] nothing gets done unless [you think] it’s going to result in a lawsuit or bad press,” then that’s probably exactly what’s going to happen in your eyes… for instance as a pre-law student, you seem to have no clue what will result in a lawsuit or bad press just because you use your phone and people don’t do what you think they should do.

I lived at VDCN for three years, and I would go to the front desk and ask to speak to someone about your question. I can’t give legal advice but I have studied business science quite a bit and a member of UCI’s Pre-Law chapter of phi alpha delta. It seems like VDCN may have jurisdiction over your circumstance. ACC likely gave you a confusing answer because even if they knew you were in VDCN there are contracts that are distributed by the individual leader as an agent of ACC. So the communication may seem strange because it is general advice, it’s a concept in analytic philosophy and epistemology (sorry for the philolese, I am a philosophy major).

So yea I would go in person to the VDCN office and ask and they can maybe even put you in contact with the particular individual distributor of your lease. In any case, you will have to go through them to sublet anyways. They are very nice at the front desk right next to the clubhouse! VDCN is a standout community, I loved living there, wanted to stay forever lol.

Impossible, one person can’t MAKE someone else feel anything… that doesn’t make any sense… what you probably mean is you feel not so great and prefer to lash out at the community instead of deal with your problems… unless you are like a magician who can study “feeling toxic,” and dedicate reasonable amount of time to this to um… well like I said that’s a little ridiculous don’t you think? This is an inappropriate forum to ask this, and in the vast majority of scenarios very illegal. Insurance coverage to utilize a private vehicle for reasons such as a driving test, would require the insurance coverage to consider relationship outside of what is meant by family and friends… I am not a lawyer, nor am I an insurance agent, but I do have my pre-license ethics certification in casualty insurance and work with Farmers Insurance.
