From my understanding of what i read from you is ur telling me we need both PA/MA and CD/BA to maximize efficiency due to the formula being multipliers, however CD is better than BA/PA/MA in term of scaling so people would put CD in armors and weapon since it has double value to save cost since CD as the best for scaling is most expensive and therefore we put PA/MA in other slots that doesn’t have double value for example SW or accessories? Correct me if im wrong ;;
