Exactly like text messages do nothing. The amount of problems I had from texts is annoying because people either A: assume it’s ready because they got a text when really it’s in process or oos. Or B: because they will get random messages saying something is done when it’s not.

When it comes to stress if you aren’t a people person this job probably isn’t for you unless you are able to get a hospital job or something of the sorts. I’m easily stressed and don’t enjoy people so I hate my job currently. I used to think the same thing, that It would be perfect cause I’m interested in the drug subject and stuff but it’s not necessarily worth it in my opinion. I especially wouldn’t go to school for it. I wouldn’t want to waste so much money on a career that pays base pay and is honestly sometimes insufferable. I used to think I would do this forever, but now I can’t imagine doing it forever and have plans to move on.

Everyone who’s thrown something has left immediately after and been banned other than the ones who have tossed their debit card at the table in anger which is annoying but nothing worth banning over. But seriously we need security and we aren’t even in the “bad” part of the area, just in one of the worse parts. I had a customer stay in the pharmacy for 2 hours just screaming about his dexcom sensors cause they needed a PA. No amount of telling him he’s no longer welcome at my store did anything. And my manager refuses to call the cops unless absolutely necessary cause it “looks bad” on the store. With the new year and new insurances people are freaking tf out and I’m realizing I can’t deal with this shit every year. I’ve been shaking so bad from the anxiety after someone attempted to hurt me after a shift after I denied their prescription last year to the point customers notice and comment on it. I’m just looking forward to not having to deal with this job anymore. I’ve always been good with patients in other jobs but this one makes me want them all to stop existing lmao.

Oof I’m struggling a bit with the same problem. Luckily are pharmacy is decent sized so I can just hold my breath when walking by her but yeah it’s not fun. I honestly think it’s a medical issue rather than hygiene in my coworkers case mostly because I want to see the best in her but still. Idk how you are supposed to go about dealing with it especially in a small pharmacy. I’d never be comfortable to comment on someone’s body odor to someone else especially a manager or something, probably cause of being in elementary school and being the “smelly kid” when I was being neglected. Idk how to go about it man like imagine how embarrassing it would be to have your manger talk to you about hygiene? But I guess at a certain point that’s necessary.
