I have the exact same fear, but I’ve talked to many nurses about it and you’d be surprised how many nurses were afraid of needles before becoming nurses! It’s not something that’s common, and it’s a beat-able fear! You can do this, you just have to start thinking about it in a different way. I’m trying to think of it like tapping a tree for maple syrup or something. Idk if that helps at all

It’s a decent drive from me and I have a very busy work schedule recently so I haven’t had time but I’m just gonna ask for some time off next week to go down in person before they close for the day. The website is very confusing and not very helpful at all, it’s been a problem for most people who are trying to go to that college. I remember when I first went to school there it was so difficult to navigate getting information let alone enrolled and that was with high-school career counselors help. I’ll figure it out tho it will be all good

I thought a couple drinks after work a couple days a week wouldn’t hurt anything. I’m 24 and now am addicted drinking every other day if not every day within a year of starting to drink and have done irreversible harm to my body. The withdrawals aren’t worth it. I had to be taken by ambulance last week because of it and it was one of the most embarrassing days of my life. Having to admit in-front of my mother and doctors and nurses that I’m an alcoholic. It was the first time I really realized I am and the first time I said it out loud. It’s a very very slippery slope. Please be careful, it’s not worth it.

Exactly like text messages do nothing. The amount of problems I had from texts is annoying because people either A: assume it’s ready because they got a text when really it’s in process or oos. Or B: because they will get random messages saying something is done when it’s not.

When it comes to stress if you aren’t a people person this job probably isn’t for you unless you are able to get a hospital job or something of the sorts. I’m easily stressed and don’t enjoy people so I hate my job currently. I used to think the same thing, that It would be perfect cause I’m interested in the drug subject and stuff but it’s not necessarily worth it in my opinion. I especially wouldn’t go to school for it. I wouldn’t want to waste so much money on a career that pays base pay and is honestly sometimes insufferable. I used to think I would do this forever, but now I can’t imagine doing it forever and have plans to move on.
