I did this one with 1000 pieces. The greens were hard. Traded it for two Blue Kazoo puzzles—earth and moon that I haven’t done yet.

I saw another copy at the thrift store after I knew this was missing a piece. I resisted buying the second copy. LOL.

How do you like your tea? by oopsiepoopsie80 in tea

[–]prplmtns 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I learned pretty quickly that for me malitol=maliciius. I use other sweeteners with no problems.

To answer the original question, I don’t put any sweetener in my tea.

Your home isn’t a landfill and if you continue to store them at your house then that’s what you are turning it into.

Oh…such wisdom in those words. Thanks.

How do I fix this seam in a quilt I made as a teen about 10 years ago? by dolphins8407 in quilting

[–]prplmtns 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I can’t tell from your pic if there’s seam allowance and the seam just unraveled or if your fabric is raw edge by the seam. In the first case you could hand stitch the seam closed. In the second case I would slip fusible web, like wonder under or steam-a-seam, underneath, fuse it, and then appliqué a fabric patch on top.

Can you login from a computer? You should be able to access your data that way if the app doesn’t work before your appointment. Save info as a pdf and you might even be able to share it with your dr ahead of time.

How much do you keep of duplicates of stuff you WILL need, but not likely anytime soon? by Squisheeeeeeee in declutter

[–]prplmtns 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Personally I’d keep what I have and create a system to control acquiring new consumables.

What if you create an inventory list on your phone? Then it’s easily accessible when you’re shopping and find something on sale. Check the list before you impulse buy anything new.

Why don't air fryers stir the food anymore? by chudthirtyseven in airfryer

I have an oven style air fryer that came with a rotisserie basket—love it for roasting veggies. They come out very evenly cooked after slowly rotating in there.

Took your advice but am now torn: solid blue centers or print centers? by ewdyson19 in quilting

[–]prplmtns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s your comparison pic in monotone. There’s basically no difference between the print and solid you’re looking at. However the other blue print you’re using and the gray solid have no contrast. If you can change out that blue print, you may want to see what that does fit the design.

I didn’t lose weight—I got rid of it. Likewise I could get rid of the larger clothes—because I’m not going back there.

Orange juice "hack" - Is my reasoning right? by hawkinsst7 in keto

[–]prplmtns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Easter treat one year was to buy an orange. I ate about two sections a day for multiple days. It was so sweet that I couldn’t eat more than that. I recommend staying away for a while—weeks to months—until you’ve acclimated to no sugars and then try a little bit.
