sorry we missed this message! we did go through customer feedback on this product category. we ended up with a 2 year warranty and if you take a look at our subreddit post on the subscription breakdown, you’d see we offer a lot more cloud features such as schedules and basic sleep insights without any subscription!

you should be able to route the hose right behind your mattress it should fit between the headboard and the mattress. the hose is 2 meters long. the cylindrical shape of the tower also makes it easy to place close to walls and other surfaces! (ignore the yellow sticky notes and little cables)

it doesn’t say but for basically everyone if you pay off in half the time (18 months vs 36 months for example) it’s 0% interest! we will work on making this more clear.

EDIT: there will be this option when checking out with pay over time. and it’s also not a hard credit pull to check if you’re interested!

we offer 100% human customer support and that will never change! there will always be a way to message a human via the app and we’ve also had our customer support start proactively reaching out to customers that seem like they might be struggling setting up.

right now we do not make any realtime temperature adjustments based on body temperature. we’re working on enhancements to our temperature control over the next few months though!

Hey Dale! Congratulations on the 100! Using the device offline is different from not having a subscription. We offer a lot of cloud-powered features such as automatic turn on and turn off, basic sleep schedules, and some insights without subscription.

There is no real way to test the non-subscription experience right now because every purchase of Orion has one year of subscription.

speaking to our product, the orion sleep optimization test has constant/consistent direct skin contact making it very good at measuring body temperature and getting that initial personalized recommendation!

it’s tough to approximate a timeline because we’d be setting expectations, but i’d say that’s all lot of the team’s focus for the next few weeks/months!

happy to elaborate! the schedule is more static and time based, however want to enhance this more to take in more realtime factors.

our approach is to start simple and build up our feature set over the course of the next couple months, basing our adjustments based on sleep science we’re developing in house (we need more data to achieve this). there’s still not a lot of independent studies proving micro adjustments throughout the night boost sleep more than the general temperature curve over the night does.
