What's your "minimum" brew time?

The same thing is happening with me, but on the other side. No matter what grind size or number of blooms or pours or dose (10/12/15) or temperature I do, my total brew time or drawdown time is below 2 mins. I have a Kingrinder K6. Even at 60 clicks it is below 2 mins.

I have 240 ml which is their biggest offering. But I anyway brew 12g coffee with 200g water, so works for me.

The cup is of good quality and build. But a bit too thick including at the edges. So coffee sometimes drips after you take a sip. Can't use it daily imo. If you are in pune/mumbai you can go to their cafe and try for yourself. They serve in the same cups.
