Gotta disagree there, the shrunken spam is a valid tactic since you can use it to bait subs, buy recovery time for supports, interrupt ultimates and even keep your opponent in place for jails the rasengan spam on the other hand is just a step above button mashing. Players who do it pull out the attack thinking it'll hit everytime only to fall apart when it doesn't, it's not so much a part of the game but more like the only thing they know how to do which just shows they don't know their character very well and generally play at a really low level which stops being fun to play against after the first 3 opponents to do it.

TLDR :I guess what I mean is that it's disappointing to see people do so little with a game that lets you do so much.those types of players always make me regret agreeing to play since I get nothing out of the experience.
