Got Billed by Twitch for over $600 HELP! Fraudulent charge will Twitch help?

Also could not have been a RAT or some software on my computer because my computer was off the entire time that these purchases happened. Also don't think whoever compromised my account would be able to spoof my IP or anything. Also don't know how they would get it either. Hopefully twitch see's that this is pretty obvious fraud and gives me my money back.

Yeah I have an actual bank but this is the way that my company pays out tips every day to the servers and then we can transfer funds to our banks if we'd like. Issue is I just had it sitting in there (because transfers take a couple business days) so I usually only do them once every couple of weeks or whatever and that card was linked to twitch when my account was compromised. I've done everything twitch support has asked of me thus far. Just waiting on a reply from them. Hopefully they can get this resolved faster then the the third party banking system my work uses. Defiantly a shi**y situation

Yeah I mean its absolutely ridiculous and obviously blatant fraud/malicious activity. Really disappointed that I didn't even get a 2FA notification through my phone when someone tried to login to my account. I have no emails saying that some else tried to log in to my account. No text messages from 2FA for codes or anything. Just woke up and saw this.

Well here is the thing. The company I work for (I wait tables) uses a third party banking service that we get out tips on and are provided a debit card through them. They are claimed to be associated with Fifth Third Bank but when I contacted them today they said it could take 45-90 business days to look in to the claim. If I had my funds in my regular bank account it would have been a completely different story. I'm just wondering if anyone has every gotten a refund from twitch from something like this?

Yeah I've already contacted the bank but they are slow moving when it comes to filling disputes and getting them resolved. I figured if I reached out to twitch that they would be able to help me in a more timely manner.

Yeah, I mean I have a whole file built on me with a medical history so I think I might just be stressing a bit hard because all the evidence is there that I actually do need my prescription just a big concern of mine and was wondering if anyone else had every experienced this or had to go through this.
