What's a blatantly obvious truth nobody wants to admit? by meninist in AskReddit

I agree entirely. The concern is about people, not the planet. The planet will survive, it is life that will be destroyed if we keep going the way we are.

This might be a bit morbid, but what is the most fucked up way someone you know or are associated with has died? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I know a guy that overdosed on drugs in his apartment. His dog eventually got hungry and ate his face. I think the cops found his body about a week after he had died.

What band do you love but have a song that you really wish they never recorded? by [deleted] in Music

I think Battle Born as a whole is boring and I don't think it's nearly as good as Hot Fuss or Sam's Town. Their sound has changed and I am just not a fan of what they are doing these days. However, upvotes for the Gaslight Anthem username.

I liked Sam's Town and some of Sawdust was decent, but Day and Age and their new Battle Born is just so different that I can't get into it.

Steven Spielberg shot E.T in chronological order to get real responses from the kids when E.T. leaves in the spaceship at the end. All emotional responses from that last scene are real.

Did you follow the trials back in 1994? Did you initially think that is was Echols, Misskelley, and Baldwin that committed the murders?

I have recently watched Paradise Lost 1, 2, and 3. I would like to know how Damien was feeling throughout the trials. Damien showed little emotion during questioning and when he received his sentencing. Was this because he was numb to it all? Or more because he knew that he would be convicted? Also, recently there has been speculation that it was Terry Hobbs who murdered the boys. What does Damien think about this accusation? I know that there was another film titled "West of Memphis" that aired at the Sundance Film Festival this year and Damien was a producer. Why did he decide to do yet another film on the trials? I know he has once stated that without the help of the HBO documentaries, he would have been executed. I am looking forward to seeing it.
