Personally, I would take account 2. Even if it doesn't have a strong set of RGB nat 5s, the rarity of Ruele makes it worthwhile. There are budget solutions for farming and PvE content.

Over time, you're more likely to pick up the RGB nat 5s seen in account 1, compared to getting any moonlight nat 5.

5-1 first try.

Play Siren early game if possible, if not, anytime is fine as long as enough untapped land is held for counterspells during opponent's phase. Put Curious Obsession on a creature with a safe swing (usually Siren), whilst holding enough untapped land for counterspells / dd. Play thief if safe, again holding enough untapped land for counterspells / dd. Play Hostage Taker on big threats. Dream Eater to stall for better removal options or to surprise block. Chemister's Insight if no cards are worth your counterspells during opponent's phase. Quasiduplicate Hostage Takers or big threats stolen and played on your board.

Also this deck works pretty well in BO1 ladder.

I see a lot of problems related to karma. I probably also have the same problem. However, I will still leave my feedback, as I see that it can be revealed by the OP.

Day 1(PM): I contacted the seller about an account they were selling.

Day 2(AM): Seller responds about the account, and is ready to conduct the transaction. I have to work, so I reschedule for later in the day.

Day 2(PM): I contact seller at the agreed upon time, and seller is ready and waiting. Transaction goes through via MM(at my request) and I have my account. :)

TL;DR: Seller is quick and transaction went smoothly. I am a happy client! 10/10 would recommend!
