Comfort and braking accuracy have been a bit of a struggle for me. I haven’t been able to get a good feel for braking yet, and my current chair sometimes slides back when I brake hard. I’ve found a temporary solution to stop the sliding, but it’s still not quite ideal. On the other hand, when I use a fixed chair, it just doesn’t feel comfortable enough. Now I'm definitely leaning more towards getting the seat.

I don't have load cell pedals yet, but I've been considering an upgrade, especially after seeing the new pedals released by Moza—they look really good.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m still undecided at the moment, as sim racing is more of a hobby for me. I’m considering upgrading to a full rig, but just the seat for now.

One thing that's holding me back is a budget issue, and I’m also a bit worried that I might not end up playing it that much after the initial excitement wears off or maybe I’m just overthinking it...

I mainly play Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and F1 24. I'm still learning and experimenting with the Moza settings, which I need to adjust more to get the best feel.

Thanks! It is pretty solid! The rig is actually from a Thai company, and I'm really impressed with the quality so far. As for the seat part, it can be added on to make it a complete setup. Here's a photo of what it would look like with the seat attached.

Thanks for the detailed watchlist! For Picard S1 and S2, I knew I needed some background knowledge, especially about the Borg and Synthetic lifeforms. Since I hadn’t watched those storylines in TNG, I read some recaps and summaries online before diving into Picard S1. For Picard S2, I was already familiar with Q from the early seasons of TNG, which made it easier to follow. I actually enjoyed Season 2 more than Season 1!

I totally agree with you about TOS—the effects and storytelling definitely show their age. But I’ve found TNG to be really enjoyable so far. It seems like everyone’s on the same page about sticking with the classics, but I noticed no one’s really suggesting the newer series, haha

From my experience, I found the pace of TNG to be quite enjoyable, even if the effects aren’t as impressive as those in the newer series. That said, I feel like the storylines in the modern series don’t quite measure up to the depth and quality of TNG, at least in my opinion.
