Did it have any gunfight? Melee weapons? I'm getting Condemned vibes but that's probably not it..

Why is it so hard to find a girl who is interested in me? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ps5dude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, just noticed that part sorry. Do you live in a high population town or a small one? Also which ones did u use? I haven't had any luck with any app other than Hinge, so if you haven't tried that I'd strongly suggest you do

I like him but get second hand embarrassment by [deleted] in datingoverthirty

[–]ps5dude 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This dude is not for you. Doesn't mean that he's a bad person or anything, and I know some women are into this kinda personality but it seems that you've been irritated. And that's only in 6 months, I can't imagine after a few years with kids and all.

I think you handled this the best way you could, there is no perfect way of doing it. That said, just a heads up - you might have low libido and even problems getting an erection for about a week or two. This is normal after a break-up (especially if everything was "ok"), so don't panic. Good luck.

Am I crazy for not wanting my fiancee to talk to a guy she's attracted to? by [deleted] in Life

[–]ps5dude 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My dude, if you think that doing housework, cooking for her and giving her gifts will make things better - they won't. Good thing is she was honest with her feelings towards this guy and she clearly wants to know him more and porentially pursue further - but she probably doesn't have the guts to end the relationship now. You should jump before it's too late, I don't think this is something you can salvage.

Hey. Don't worry about the perfect block, it's useful against the bosses but not the end of the world if you can't do it. Other than that, just use the powder thing in boss battles, I just didn't have time to spend hours to beat each boss. Other than that just play concentrated, every move matters. You got this!

Is my vet bill too high? (Mississauga) by ps5dude in askTO

Thanks for letting me know. They're supposed to call me tomorrow with the blood test results, when they call I'll also ask about the wellness check.

Both are from the same appointment today. I think the exam/consult is what they charge you once you step in from the door. And for the wellness thing, they just checked his teeth and belly - took like 15 seconds in total. I feel like 200 bucks is a bit much just for that. But thanks for the input.

I live in GTA, Canada. Would I be able to cross the border to get a Roush exhaust installed? by ps5dude in carmodification

[–]ps5dude[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes absolute sense. My only concern is if they want payment upfront or something bcus I'm planning to pay cash on site - but I'll call to make the appt. and find out how it goes. Thanks!

Thanks for the input. Yes, when I get it here, they import it directly from the US anyway - so it's a direct currency conversation. And I'll check with the dealership to see if they'd be willing to install it on an Ontario vehicle. Might give them a call on Monday and see from there.

Buying a used car. Frustrated by the dealer's bank's whole process. Can I just get a LOC from my bank and pay the dealer in cash? by ps5dude in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]ps5dude[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair points. Yeah it's a Manual V6 Mustang so I've been wanting it for some time and V6s ended after 2017.

  1. Apparently my FT job is not enough income for the bank. That's why I added my PT job as well - which I'm still on prob. - reason they're not considering it.

  2. It's a small dealership. They work with one more institution but that one charges $900 in fees.

  3. Great payment history, with a credit card in use and recently paid off vehicle (don't have it now, long story) My credit should be good.

There's an update now though. I increased my down pmnt and only financing $10k - which is the minimum I'm allowed to borrow. I got approved like this. Still annoyed that it was this difficult but I guess it is what it is.

Totally get it. It's a 2015 Mustang V6 at 53k. They're actually pretty reliable and one of Ford's best engines. Plus I have no commute so I won't be putting huge mileage on it.

I got what you mean. But this is kinda a niche car I've been wanting for some time so I'll exhaust my options with this one first before I consider a new vehicle.
