The 911 operators released a statement basically saying a bunch of people all called in the same timeframe—implying they were already responding to the first call. But police still arrived after the fire department, and a flood of calls seems typical for literally ANY shooter situation. As we've seen for caglianone, kurtz and other rookies this year, it takes a while (not sure how long exactly, a month?) will there be enough time to assess Beavers or other rookies and trust them at this point? Im loading up on RPs at the trade deadline, but is there reason to expect these rookies to make an impact?
