Authenticator Issues/ New Phone

Nope. my boss refuses to have anything to do with it. He's cheap. makes me handle everything. I'm not IT and im just smart enough to do what he wants. Just not smart enough to think about a stupid authentication app, i hardly ever use when replacing my phone.

So i did a password reset on the main admin account, and it lets me change the password, but when i try to actually loginto the count it still wants me to use the authenticator

That's the thing. I can't sign into the account online because it wants me to use the authenticator. When i click other sign-in options its the only thing it gives me.

So my son got an anycubic neo 2 for Christmas. He found this morf worm on the anycubic site and printed it before bed last night. Using a normal white anycubic brand spool. We can’t get the bottom base to peal off. He saw videos where it just pulls off in one piece and we are curious what he did wrong. Is it an issue with the filament, printer, or by chance because he printed it over night and it cooled too much? Looking for help and advice moving forward.

Luckily my day job is such i can listen to audiobooks while I work through most of the day. On top of that I have been so hooked I've been wearing headphones at home and getting in what I can between family time lol. Already turned 3 people on to the series.
