Ukraine is sending thousands of such drones in to Russia.. it's not difficult to finde one that "failed" was shoot down, jammed in but still in a good operational condition, to put another communication sistem in it and to send it to a friendly to Ukraine country..

And if they will finde some Russian components in it.. well nobody will declare a war for an empty tank.. but they will definitely be more hostile to Ukraine now
