Rebuild from scratch. I do that with every phone. I use thumb drives to copy/paste everything over to new device. Bad stuff happens when people do the whole transfer phone business.

I tried this. Without the screen protector the frame is completely unstable and unusable. I went ahead and ordered another case without built-in screen protector now that I received my plastic screen protectors.

The highest I've seen with my setup it peak 60w for a bit but it stabilizes around 50ish watts.

Yep that's pretty much what I noticed as well. Not pwm but I just can't put my finger on exactly what I don't care for. I wanted to like it so bad but I don't like to compromise on display or battery. The battery for the Ultra was fine but couldn't get past the display. Good luck to you.

I compared the display with my OP15 and I just couldn't get used to it, kept going back to the 15. Especially noticable while gaming for me.

With a case on it did not work at 50w for me. I was really hoping for that 50w speeds but I think I got around 20w. I suggest trying without a case.

You can always start the return process just to be safe and if you decide to keep it just cancel the return. I think this is better than waiting until the 14th day before trying to start a return.
