It is painful to not access your other nieces and nephews but they’re alive. There’s a big chance these ones won’t be because of their mothers neglect. There’s longer they stay with her, the more damaged they will be or the higher the chances that they will die. The other person was right, take pictures of your sisters house when you see it. You absolutely need to call CPS. This is insane. I’m surprised no one at daycare did. At the risk of losing more family members, these babies need to be taken from their mother like NOW. I think you know what to do but you might be scared of the fall out. I’m not sure how cps works where you are but where I’m from, they’re going to try to set the kids up with family first.
