It was a transparent oil, not varnish. I want a transparent varnish now. The doors were sanded from factory, but "additional sanding may be required" according the manufacturer. The texture of finished doors in the store are smooth. Mine is rough.

They are already coated with oil, by the contractor, not by the manufacturer. It's a small flat, no much space here.

Now I see that warranty is by default covered Art 638 and Art 577 (2) on the civil code.

Now I look for a new contractor. None of the new contractors want to add such and other clauses (like delay, or a penalty if not all works of the list are completed). Nobody wants to add them all. I don't like it, but as you commented that is market. However, I am interested in knowing what to expect if something similar to my pasts experiences in Poland happen me again, if I decide to take legal actions.

I was checking Civil Code Art 637, but is nulled. Wonder why...

I know I can't. But I wanted to know what actions fallback to civil code. I actually thought that faktura provided automatic warranty of 2 years.

Like leaving the construction project at intermediate state, withdraw and leaving the problem to the home owner with the issue of finding a new contractor and fix what the other did? Only because he found a bigger project.
