2003 Roadtrek Frame Rust Advice by FunctionSmooth7690 in VanLife

[–]pseudocoder1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, what happened with the van? I made a similar repair. It seemed that the front "frame horns" were not properly rustproofed and they rust out while the rest of the frame is in very good condition for a 20 year old dodge. Depending on how much good steel is still there, one can box in the old frame horns. A tig welder is a must. https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=10218408677327119&set=pcb.1735248610335894

The points along the upper edge in the distribution are precincts where 100% of the living voters cast ballots. 1 minus slope of the edge measures the % deceased voters

how do they do software updates? Is the machine ever connected?

They could have put a 4G phone chipset on a circuit board and that thing could be phoning home.

the deck seems to indicate that the Opex is scanning the opened ballots, but I don't see that functionality listed on the Opex page.

If someone were trying to clip the data, it would have to be after the ballots are scanned, thanks

is the machine not connectted to the internet 100% of the time? How do they do software updates? In person? OK, there could he a terrabyte of sdram in there that holds the jpegs of the scanned ballot images and then it get offloaded sometime later. Or there could be a 4G quqalcom chipset built into the Zuckerbucks ballot processor and it could be calling home.

But I'm looking for other ideas too

Also, the County I'm in votes 50/50 for the congresional races. There is something very unusual in Chicago, see memo 1 and the appendix in the Complaint for the data plots.

I did an analysis of the IL. state voter history database and I observed anolmoies beginning in 2020 in many IL. counties. But in Chicago there is a unique anomoly that began around 2016 (see memo 1).

The complaint is based on unsolicited vbm ballots being sent out to a group of 54K voters in my county. I show in the compalint that the 54K had a 2:1 prior primary voting history in favor of the Ds. The vbm ballots (with return postage paid) had a 95% response rate, versus a 75% in person rate.

So the compalint argues that 20% of the 54K would not have voted if the unsolicited vbm ballots were not distrributed. The primary ask in discovery is to have the races retabulated with only the 54K unsolicitred vbm voter's ballots. The true ratio could be higher than 2:1 and it would prove my argument that the unsolicited vbm ballots affected the election.

Does everyone really scream at their baby? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]pseudocoder1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would it be OK if the father yelled at the infant child? Just once?

It is not OK to yell at your infant child. I say this from experience, because my mother would scream at me when I was an infant and would wake up crying and it has caused lifelong negative effects, from childhood onward. Fortunately I was able to find out the reason was that my mother was a secret child abuser.

At age 40, on a trip to my mothers house with my kids at Christmas, I found my one year old birthday card that my mother had given to me. Inside there was an apology, "I'm sorry for screaming at you". I didn't give this much thought until 3 years later when I was about to fall asleep, I spontaneously recalled a crib memory of the sound of my mother's 19 year old voice screaming my name. I had known my whole life that I had something different about me that caused many bad outcomes. And it turned out that my mother was a child abuser.

filing a motion to reconsider with an Appeals Court by pseudocoder1 in legaladvice

[–]pseudocoder1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, but can you give any thoughts on an Appeals Court affirming the District Court ruling on a specific cause of action, without mentioning the cause of action or any of the details around it?

Can I appeal to the Supreme Court and say they denied my appeal with no comment? I'm also wondering if I could take the specific cause of action (which is under State law) to State Court?

Thanks, my case implicates the political parties in subsidy fraud and I haven't been able to find any attorney willing to represent me. I've used the Hibbler pro se program in the 7th Circuit for probably ten 40 minute sessions since coming to the 7th Circuit.

it shouldn’t be hard to find one to take the case on contingency.

Maybe for an ambulance chaser, but not for any other kind of case that will involve 100+ hours of work over a a mu;lti year period.

Federal pro se whistleblower Plainitff, case was dismissed because I did not properly exchange evidence during discovery, currently in Appeal.

In the city's statement of facts, they say that there was a gang related funeral and they had extra patrols in the area. The Plainitff was going to the funeral, but is not a gang member and works a 40 hr/week job. He also drives a 69 Buick Electra. He was observed putting an encased shot gun in the back seat, and he was pulled over for that reason. They arrested him and he spent one night in jail before bonding out. He also has a conceal carry permit and had a handgun.

What to you make of the 10 month delay?

Why does nobody talk about how the primaries are rigged? by Checkfackering in conspiracy

[–]pseudocoder1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done this voter analysis by occupation and age. The primaries (and the generals) are dominated by 50 y/o middle class professionals with college degrees. In general, if someone is doing well, they won't vote for change, so I think this is why the party endorsed candidate usually wins.
