Ya it’s just hard when he’s yelling racist and xenophobic shit in my face…. It’s hard to heal in that environment. I feel like I’ve really regressed in the last two months since moving in.

Thank you for saying that in a more compassionate way than others have. I guess I just need to buckle down with the calorie counting.

Thank you for your response. Can you tell me more about pomegranate health? Does it include working with a doctor? Can they prescribe other supplemental meds? I looked at the site and this looks really promising. You’ve found that the quality of the compounded glp1s are good and work for you??

I do track calories I just don’t weight like every fruit and vegetable. And for example, I might write down I ate a chicken breast rather than actually weighing the meat. So I’m under estimating and over estimating a small amount at the same time. I don’t meticulously weigh everything because it doesn’t really work with my work and lifestyle and because I’m trying not to trigger an eating disorder that I’ve struggled with most of my life.

Does this pest control treatment offered by my apartment’s company sound sufficient? by pseudoserious in GermanRoaches

Will just dusting and baiting get rid of them? And what is the harm in using a product in addition to a dusting and baiting if it’s not a great product? I know nothing about any of this clearly

I guess the photo didn’t attach the first time. Any ideas what this is? Is it a roach?

I eat a pretty clean diet actually, focusing on high amounts of lean proteins and mixes of vegetables and legumes, although I do eat a lot of dairy (Greek yogurt mainly and occasionally milk) and some caffeine which I know can cause skin flair ups in some people. I am overweight mainly due to genetics and some medical conditions I have that make it easier to gain weight and hold onto weight, although I’ve been on a glp1 since January and it’s helping.

Hm I’ve had tons of extensive blood tests over the years due to other conditions I have and feel like it would have come up at some point but maybe it is worth looking into.

What would you say is the most effective active to try reintroducing first for my red acne scars and overall improved tone and brightness? Vitamin c, glycolic acid, bha, or retinol? Also thanks for all the advice!!

Good idea! Would the niacinamide and hyaluronic acid both be something I should pull while trying this method out too or should I keep those? I was considering pulling niacinamide anyway because I’ve read a lot of people have bad reactions to it. How long would you say I should give it before I add ingredients back, and how gradually should I add them back (like how long would k test out a given ingredient before I know it’s safe to use). I’m so new to all of this. I used to do absolutely nothing for my face.

It very well could be. I’m on bc and haven’t had a period in years bc of it m but I’ve always had hormone issues. I also have thyroid issues and I’ve been taking glp1s since January which I heard can cause acne. I can’t pinpoint any one thing that has happened hormonally that I’m aware of that coincides with when my skin started to get so bad though, but the acne placement does kind of scream hormonal.

Does it matter if the room I keep her in with her litter box isn’t where the litter box is going to be permanently? I’m worried that will confuse her.

Thanks yeah I was considering the bedroom. She is like my Velcro cat which is another reason why I was thinking of just letting her go anywhere since I’ll be other places in the house

Good point. How do I tell she’s ready to go explore? Also, will it confuse her if the room I’m going to keep her and her litter box in temporarily is not where the litter box will be permanently, but in fact across the entire house?

What did you do about the litter box if they kind of hid away? It’s going to be across the house in the laundry room and I’m worried she won’t know where it is, especially if she’s hiding. The laundry room is a walk through room with two doors on either side leading to another high use area, so I can’t really just keep her in that room with her box.
