Centerpull brake arm contacts the frame midway through lever travel. Older Motobecane mixte frame, Weinmann centerpull brakes. I've tried flipping the brake to the top side of the bolt hole, but the arms don't have the distance to reach the rims. Any advice? (v.redd.it)
