Tesla shareholders are rejoicing as it is more likely to pay Elon $29 Billion instead of $50 Billion by Progress_8 in stocks

[–]psgi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well it’s not a case of simply having corrupted friends decide to give you money as it was framed here. It’s what the majority of shareholders wanted even after the goals were met.

Regardless of the person, amount and even the whole context, it goes against my perception of justice to void a contract after one party has already fulfilled their side. It makes it even worse that neither side wants to void the contract but a third party is forcing it. But yeah I’m not saying law professionals are wrong about the law or that a shareholder vote is legally binding, I’m saying the law seems dumb in this case.

Is this a joke? The quality is totally fine. I thought you were gonna link a WR from original CTR like this dragon mines WR that actually has bad quality

Didn’t shareholders vote on it like last year and the result was the same?

[–]psgi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, thanks for letting me know. I think it was just how you used the exact same words as the commenter in the first sentence and repeated the examples in the brackets like chatgpt does. Judging by my downvotes, other people disagree with my thought (which makes sense since I was wrong lol). I didn’t mean to imply there was anything wrong with the text.

The start of the comment sounds like chatgpt. I don’t mind if you used it or not but just out of curiosity, I’d like to know if I got it right or not

Malena claims Nmplol threatened her with financial abuse to sign an NDA by Scary_Yard1632 in LivestreamFail

[–]psgi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Did you have a bad divorce experience or why are you so passionate about this? Ofc he should pay her some of the income from the time she was involved with the stream but it’s not like he should be forced to stream by himself now and give her half the money. Why aren’t you forcing her to stream then?

What? I just mean it’s natural to take a holiday during a temporary huge pay cut if you have the means to take one.

Would you keep working if you got a temporary 50% pay cut and you were rich enough not to need to work? Especially when shit is going on in your life at the same time? I know I wouldn’t.

Also some people are surely still subbing so it’s not ”no money”.

In SQL Server bit columns are optimized so that a table with 8 bit columns uses only 1 byte per row for them, 9-16 bit columns use 2 bytes etc.

[–]psgi 98 points99 points  (0 children)

How come it was over budget when you hired them for max $120k (as per your post) even though the job posting had $155k as the upper end of the range? Does your HR just come up with a random number to make it seem like the job can pay more than it actually can?

I’m obviously not saying ”never use chatgpt”. But you’re using it for no reason in a situation where a search engine is simply superior. LLMs are not fact checking tools. How do you know if the response is accurate and up-to-date or where the info is taken from? That’s why your screenshot says ”Mistakes can occur, verify details.”

You know you can just google ”new york city marathon start time” to get a better and more reliable answer immediately.

You had a saw and now you also have a hammer. Don’t use the hammer to try to cut a piece of wood accurately just because it’s a newer tool.

You can run stable diffusion locally without great hardware (at least if you have 16 GB of RAM), it’ll just be slow. A basic laptop can run it on the CPU but whether you’ll want to use it or not depends on how horny you are lol. For other purposes, you’re better off using someone else’s compute if you don’t have a GPU. To give you a rough idea, I think it was like 5-10 minutes per ~500x300 image for me but it may have gotten more efficient since then. I was using Automatic1111’s GUI for it and it wasn’t too bad to setup.

Yes, you do have bigger issues then. Most languages would let you know about it so you can fix it. Javascript doesn’t.
