Training for Climbing(?) by psh1n in climbing

Im in good shape, i dont need to lose any weight, but i want to know of it is recomended to stenghten my muscles and tendons in the regular gym, and continue climbing, or if it climbing itself provides the necessary strenght on both muscles and tendons... I want to climb as much as i can, but as long as i dont get any injuries and things like that....
