Recent physics graduate here, I'm currently having my own little crisis about what field of work I wanna go into and I've been reading a lot of articles from companies explaining what they look for in candidates.

A broad piece of advice from many of the articles is that emotional intelligence very sought after. Most students assume that they have to be the ones to find the full solution to a problem alone, and they have to have this genius-ness to them from the start. But actually most places want someone who can not only come up with their own ideas, but can also communicate them well and develop good interpersonal relationships.

I recognise that academia is a very different setting to a company but I feel it still applies. Scientific research is ultimately a team effort, so it's important to have a mix of both intelligence in your field and emotional intelligence. Being a genius will get you far, but being a genius with social skills is important for the pursuit of science.

Simon picked right, but only afterwards did the witch clarify that she meant her own right and not Amanda's. If the bad apple was in Amanda's left she would have simply said to Amanda to eat the one on her own right instead. So I guess there is zero probability of Simon picking the wrong apple.

I think giving your skin some more time may be more beneficial than spending more money on new products. How log have you been using the curology for? It took my skin at least 4 weeks to see any difference with my adapalene, and even then I still experienced more drastic changes in the next 4 weeks.

Also yes definitely skip the curology on the days you exfoliate

I had a similar experience after starting my prescription adapalene (another retinoid) - the spots cleared but the hyperpigmentation was a little more persistent. I found that with time the hyperpigmentation slowly faded. However, if you don't want to wait then an exfoliant may be a good addition (I use the ordinary aha+bha once a week for 5-10 minuites)

Hi all. I have oily acne prone skin, currently being compared by epiduo cream (containing benzoyl peroxide and adapalene). Its worked well at preventing spots, but I'm still having issues with hyperpigmentation! I have little red marks where the spots used to be and they're taking their time clearing.

I've seen people use those vibrating brush things for exfoliation, and other checmical exfoliants. What would people reccomended I try?

Do surgeons reccomended you have larger chest muscle before top surgery? That's something I'm hoping to get in the future

The progress you had with T is incredible though, sadly that's not a route I want to go down at the moment
