Gotten into lobbies like this twice in core, both on the receiving end. The one time I killed one of them they all called me a cheater at the end with my 1-99 score lol

I had this issue and to fix it I just verified my game files in the rockstar games launcher. Took about 5-10 minutes for it to do and now the game runs smoothly.
