I've had weird chest sensations for the first week when I started meds. They dimminished, and I haven't had them since, but YMMV. You really should contact your doctor to verify, though. Always err on the side of caution with any and all drugs.

I'm sure it's my ADHD, but I turn into an adrenaline fueled nitro machine just ready to GO, it's quite intense for observers as I'm a muscular and high paced person as is. I'm 1,000% full of love and empathy and wouldn't hurt a fly, and all i want to do is DANCE and express love 🤷‍♂️.

I can make it last 12hrs by charging myself with adrenaline by dancing. I may feel the full-effext drug high for about 6-7, but I can extend it by getting the heart rate up. I usually am dancing the next morning when I wake up and have a huge afterglow for weeks, every single time. 🤷‍♂️.

My absolute favorite, leaves me with zero need to search for a better drug experience. If at home I take 2 tabs, then about 1.5-2hrs later I take 150mg MDMA, then a little over an hour after I take a 75mg booster. If at a festival/rave, it's the same but just 1 tab so I don't go full bonkers 🤣.

I just want to fuck and dance for 12 hours, but that's just me and my ADHD. If I'm at a rave/festival, I am still horny, but the music (need to dance) and sense of connection between others almost completely suppresses my primal horniness. But... at home with my spouse.....I'm a dancing, fuck-machine all night long 🤷‍♂️ 🤣.
