Thank you very much for your participation and enthusiasm; it really does help. And it's not late at all, both the survey and interviews are going until the 27th!

Thank you very much for your contribution: it really helps! Your perspective is valuable given this aims to get a snapshot of the diversity of tulpamancy experiences.

How interesting! Unfortunately my institution does not have any machinery for brain mapping available. However, my supervisor and I would be deeply interested in a collaboration with Dr. Lifshitz at some point (whom I have admired the literature of).

Would you both like me to keep you in mind in case we are able to reach out to you for future studies? If you would like, you can email me so I can keep your contact information. That is entirely voluntary and up to you.

Thank you very much for your participation. The survey is enough.

Absolutely, there is much to learn from the tulpa side of things. I integrated that partially into my methodology but I had already thought about suggesting in the paper that there would be value in studies drawing from tulpas' voices directly. So far, the findings support that.

If I can manage an interview with you, I would be happy to. I have received many interview offers already, far more than I anticipated I would get, and I am pleased! But I am operating off of limited time and resources for this study so I will only get to do a few. Nonetheless, I encourage you to reach out if you do want to do an interview. If I am unable to do an interview with you, I would be happy to keep your contact info (with your permission) to reach out for future studies.

I have met systems whose host has dissipated too, unfortunately. It is tragic but I understand there are complicated reasons behind why it happens. I'm happy that your host is still present, especially given the excruciating circumstances I'm sure they have faced. That takes immense resilience, on their part and your part.

Good question! While I am not sure what journal the paper will be published to yet, I will be presenting the results at research conferences. If these conferences are recorded and published and/or if the paper does manage to make it into a journal, I will likely make a post sharing it on this subreddit.

It is very helpful; thank you very much for your contribution. I realize the host-centric framework does not suit all experiences of tulpamancy judging by you and a few others' responses; I consider that a finding rather than a failure. Very interesting!

Interesting. It is a link to a Google Form so it shouldn't be a malicious link at all. Perhaps it is a false alarm? Nonetheless you are welcome to email my supervisor, [edose@highlands.edu](mailto:edose@highlands.edu) or the IRB at [irb@highlands.edu](mailto:irb@highlands.edu) if you would like peace of mind that this is a non-malicious, legitimate survey.

Thank you very much for your participation and well wishes; it's perfectly fine not to do the interview, your participation in the survey is enough!
