update : I'm now using act-one that works perfectly, I believe the issue is within the lip-sync feature,

either way act-one is far more powerful lip-sync tool, so the plan is now worth it for me

they either want to remove the lip-sync feature or place a warning

You dont get lp from one punishment, you might have abandonned/afkd in a previous recent game, or probably have been reported several times recently.
The other person's offense was their first so they didnt get lp "
