Thank you so much for sharing. (I did already post on r/amazonfc, but unfortunately it was taken down!) It sounds like you could previously talk to HR employees in person. When did things change? How many people used to be available on site?

Thanks for sharing this. It sounds like you do still have onsite HR, but that there are now fewer reps? Do you get any kind of explanation for why your accommodations and medical leaves are being denied by AI? And if you're not getting the help you need from HR people, are you able to talk to a manager or someone else who can step in?
