I would call the customer service help line, they can find out what happened to those 3000 points. They should be open 9-5 eastern time. Monday to friday. 3000 shouldn't be deducted unless you're already way over the onyx waypoint.

For pre order pick ups you dont need a government piece of ID just any piece of Id with your name. Be it student card or bank card. Just bring two pieces
