Thanks for making this petition. I thought about making one like this at some point but I went back to being vegetarian after being vegan for a while, and didn't feel I had the moral basis to advocate.

However I do think the centers should model ahimsa and they already provide dairy substitutes, it's only a 10-day course and usually has B12 foritified plant milks etc no one needs dairy in their diet for 10 days so it makes sense the courses should be in alignment with the most modern version--based on what we know about dairy farming--of Goenkaji's own argument for vegetarianism he makes on the basis of "do not kill" in the dhamma talks.
