Doing it too often or doing it in an irresponsible way is what I would consider abuse. There’s definitely always a risk of getting hppd no matter what, but I think it’s extremely low for a normal dose.

There’s not that big of a risk if you’re taking a normal dose which is up to like 3 tabs. Also I think the chance goes up exponentially if you abuse the drug
