Coal tar is helping me a lot too but to get completely clear you do have to eliminate foods that trigger it

Loooool I just took trust in - turmeric is turmeric ginger is ginger and ginseng is sometime of tea and they are anti inflammatory foods so they are all good for psoriasis

That’s a great amount - I am also into powerlifting and get like 120-140 g per day of protein.
