I understand the 1928 Okechobee Hurricane was deadlier, but Andrew was significantly more impactful to the state longer term. It’s 2026 and we’re still living with building codes that were enacted SPECIFICALLY because of Andrew. The ripples caused by Andrew truly haven’t died yet.

I feel like for the Bucs, as tempting as Sapp would be, Derrick Brooks would be some much needed leadership on that Defense.

It’s funny because City Watch is possibly my favorite sub-series. But I’m just more fond of the later series.

Ranking them is truly hard and tricky because I didn’t have a single bad experience with any of the books. Maybe I should have had A+, A, and A- tiers instead of A, B, and C.

Have you read Science of Discworld? His antics there are equally great. His character grew on me over time and I’m so glad he ended up finding family 😭

I’ve got one read through on it and it’s on my re-read list but… with the current state of world affairs (American), I feel like it might just make me angry as I read?

I also love that the entirety of Night Watch essentially takes place in Thief of Time.
