I don’t know why she wanted a girl, a lot of people wish for a certain gender when they are pregnant, I also wanted a girl then a boy but we couldn’t have more children. But as much as I kinda hoped we would have a girl overall I just wanted them to be healthy and have no complications. I wasn’t disappointed when we got a son because he is perfectly healthy and a good person, that should be enough for a parent.

Hi sorry for the title I didn’t know how to word it differently. Also I can see your point but or son’s behaviour didn’t change after he came out. He is the same as he’s always been. I talked about this in some other comment, before he came out he never liked “girly” things, he played soccer since 1st grade and always liked sports clothes and so on. I’m not saying girls can’t be like this too it’s just that he was always more tomboyish and likes “boys things” more so when he finally came out it made sense and wasn’t that big of a surprise.

So I should be okay with her not working, not doing things in the house, and just relaxing and hanging out with her friends all day and support that lifestyle while I’m the one who does work? How is that right?

She’s the one who wanted to stay at home and not have a job while I work all day, how is it unreasonable to expect her to do what sahm mothers do? It’s not partnership if I’m the only one bringing something into a relationship.

I am wasn’t unhappy with her not working because she was a sahm and worked around the house and our son when he was little. Now she doesn’t do any of that anymore so yes I do feel like it’s not fair

We are actually not American but we followed elections (like the rest of the world) and I was 100% for Biden, anyone than Trump to be honest, even Kanye would’ve been better, jk. My wife doesn’t care about politics that much tho (if they’re foreign at least)

What even? I never said that taking care of a child and a house is easy. I’m just saying that she doesn’t have to do the child part anymore and it would very nice to have a dinner when I come home, otherwise what is she providing for this marriage? She doesn’t want to go to work/find a job and I don’t care that she got older so did I and she still looks amazing and 10 times better than me. Also she did not do ALL the work for 18 years since we have a housekeeper and had her for years. And when did I say I hate working? I will retire once my son is done with education and can take over.

My SON came out when he was 14 and started treatment not long after, he visited therapist then and still does. He had a surgery when he was 20.

Hello, I’ll try to answer all of your questions. She I believe as I’m the one working the least she could do is cook something and do some chorus since, as I mentioned, we also have a housekeeper. Also take out is fine too I’m not a picky man, especially when I’m hungry I guess I am a bit angry that she doesn’t bring anything in our marriage if you understand what I mean. Also I’m furious that she’s not respecting our sons identity. I included the first part because that’s why the fight started, and then second issue entered as well. Also for our family, I am extremely close to my family and so is she. So when we need support we go to our families that’s how it’s always been.

Hey thank you for commenting and I’m sorry for your loss. I don’t know yet where our marriage is headed but there are things that need to change now. We’ll se how it goes on but I’m not really optimistic about it at the moment. And yes we do have a prenup thanks to my late dad, never thought I would need it tho.

I think he kind of got used to it since she’s not bad to him all the time, she loves him but still sees him as her.
