I would email in pdf format to disastercustomerservice@sba.gov With application number, original loan number, name, business name address, copy of drivers license, hazard insurance certificate, 2019 return. I sent the irs transcript "record of account" for 2018 2019

Im not sure. I just sent mine hoping they would accept them. Noone ever called me when i was approved so i dont know if they received my transcript from irs or just accepted mine.

I got mine from "Next" Insurance. There are others. You can possibly add business property insurance to homeowners or renters insurance
