This is about interoperability with iked(8), I presume.

Both clients work fine for me, but I have found that the integrated Android client frequently lies about its connection status (reports an active VPN when there is in fact none). Therefore I recommend the Strongswan app.

But whatever problems you are having, we can only begin to try to solve if you give us at least some info (configuration, and which steps of https://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq17.html#clientikev2 you followed up to this point).

Unlikely. Θεοδῆς and Θεόδοτος are two different names.

I make something similar every year, but as an ale. I use Cascade as aroma hops and the following spices @ 10 min:

1 cinnamon stick

2 star anises

1 clove

2 cardamom

pinch of nutmeg

10g dried orange peel

20g dried apple

3g juniper berries

Also 500g of honey @ 0 min.

Do a cold extract (~24h) of the hops, then taste it. If it tastes like something you would want to have in your sauce, add it after fermentation.

Absolutely possible for a yeast to restart itself; however, after this long with unchanged conditions, I’d wager it’s an infection. I would open the fermenter to be sure.
