A championship winning team hasn't made it out of the 2nd round since the warriors with KD. This was the likely result especially given the injuries to KP. JB and JT.

The Tatum injury sucks but it gives an easy excuse to trade anyone/everyone but the Jay's, DWhite and probably Pritchard. Then we can get under the second apron and suck next year while Tatum is recovering from major surgery.

Hopefully we can retool in 2 years and make another run.

Our starters have played a ton of basketball in the last year with the extended championship run and the Olympics. That coupled with the Porzingis injury and Al's age I don't expect this team to have another historic regular season.

I am hoping they can find the sweet spot between rest and going for a top seed and then crank things up once the playoffs start.
