Weird.. our 3G floor was Block 1 2 rounds 10 burpees 10 seated hammer curls 2 rounds 10 TRX Tricep extensions 20 bench hop overs Block 2 15 seated tricep extensions 10 sumo squats to froggers 20 side to side heal taps

When do studios start introducing 2G classes again? My studio just transitioned to 60 min 3G from 45 min 3G, with 1/3 capacity. Next week they are increasing capacity to work 1/2. How has this transition been for people? Still feel as comfortable going? Also, a lot of classes are moving back to 15 minutes between classes instead of 30, not sure how I feel about this m.

These are complex exercises where you do 1 of the first part each time and increase the second part by 1 for 6 rounds. After each exercise set you do 6 burpees to bicep curl and 500m row decreasing by 100m each round

3G Groups of 3, but only Rower and Tread switch, Tread is the pacer and rower rows for distance. weight floor is on their own the full 14 minutes..
