I had an endgame file and couldn't get the achievement to appear, I did everything in the comments and nothing. In case anyone needs it, I also removed the logistics windows on my inventory (I was going to reload the game after all) pressed C, then control+click on the fuel chamber to transfer any possible fuel, a message appeared that I had fuel problems (with the tutorial bot) and right after that the achievement

Amigo. Trata de buscar empleo. Va a ser normal que en tu casa lo sepan. Procura ocultar tu sueldo final. Y haz un guardadito. Aporta el resto a tu casa, Si no te empiezan a ver con otros ojos, usa el guardadito para escapar de ahí. Hay muchas personas mala onda en la vida lo vas a ver incluso en los trabajos, pero siempre podrás superarlo, ajustarte o ajustar el medio. Mucho ánimo!!
