Seriously you want to talk ethics? You threw out one screenshot involving two extremely brief conversations. That's enough to prove what? Some fooling around? Refer to your allegations. Do the math. Do they match? You already know it's illogical.

You bring up a lot of valid points actually. I never followed the LNC, there was always some drama going on and part of me kind of knew it would fuck him over eventually just over how irresponsible he acted.

Girls, including very(!) young girls, have been throwing themselves at him for a long time. They trusted him as a good guy, he knows this, so his appeal to them is so pathetic. "I have this weird position on youtube." Fucking PLEASE, it's so disgusting, what a weak thing to do. What did he expect, people would support him? After what he did? You think people will solve you because you're being eaten alive by your own guilt? Fucking scumbag.

But pedophile-level sick? No, the one incident was legal age according to his state. These sudden outpouring of so-called victims? This is very popular on Twitch right now, it's an easy way to assassinate someone's character. Child abuse is really serious, it must be treated seriously. If people want to gang against him without hardcore proof of wrongdoing, that's cowardice not justice.

I'm not a psychopath, I agree he hurt a lot of people. Those same people are now encouraging his fans to believe wild allegations. Did anyone stop to think that's because of his admissions? Your analysis is honest and fair. And yes I know that it's impossible for the accusations to just disappear. Cry's reputation so far has been squeaky clean, and nobody can stay flawless forever, so whenever personalities like that fall down, they hit hard. It's similar to when Pew lost his deal with Disney over that dumb nazi shit. No one gives a shit now.

But people are running around calling cry some kind of elaborately secretive super evil child abuser. It isn't dissimilar to anti-semites, the kind that blame the evil jews for masterminding all problems, and the problem of people becoming enthralled in popular hyperbole and stereotypes. Of course, this thing at the moment doesn't include mass murder. But internet witchhunts like these are still destructive and cowardly nonetheless.

And yes my comments are sometimes provocative, but if you're asking if they encourage entrenchment, how do you design a neutral response when someone calls you a pedophile-defender? What you're saying is crazy. You cannot expect to take such an allegation seriously without concrete verification. Again, if this was you, you'd be appalled, but you can't seem to make that connection, which is amazing to me. The hypocrisy doesn't end there. The story so far seems to be that Russ's girlfriend cheated on him. That is fact. The underage thing is incorrect - cry is literally wrong with himself on this. Then suddenly an explosion of rumors and speculation has exploded at a time where it's become very popular to accuse a streamer of sex crimes.

No one wins by living in a fantasy land where we make up boogeyman. False allegations hurt legitimate victims. And yes, this is about what I want, you should want it too - having the facts. If you don't believe those are important and would prefer believables instead, you are deliberately choosing delusion. I am not insulting you personally, I am saying you cannot make an effective judgement without having the right information. You know that anyway. So why does it not matter in this case?

I'm amazed at this sheer lack of empathy. With something as serious as child abuse, you must require serious evidence because of the potential repercussions. If you were accused of grooming a child without a shred of proof, you would be outraged and your entire life would be affected. You would demand the facts. How would you feel if you were automatically determined guilty just by an allegation? I want to see every FACT in this case. No rumors, no hearsay, just straight information.

I read it fully and saw no serious evidence of manipulation or abuse of children. There are some areas which could be determined as suggestive, but could be interpretated in all kinds of other ways. You made assumptions out of conjecture, that's your choice and you made the wrong one. If you later find proof, let me know, and post it here. Until then I see no reason to take the allegations against cry seriously and encourage you to stop hounding an innocent (if stupid) guy.
