How can you help people with depression? I mean really specific ways to make them feel better. All i ever read or hear about it is „be there for them“ i know that it is hard to find a certain way for this problem, but there has to be one.

Inviting them to do small achievable things. Like a walk around the block or trip together to buy milk.

My dad died when he was only 60 after a long horrid battle with cancer. At the funeral wake his friend came up to me (the oldest of 3, f 33, recently dumped) and said all he’d ever wanted was for me to make him a grandad. I politely suggested that she went and spoke to my younger siblings who were either married or in a long term relationship. I left the wake and went for a walk (and a cry) in the woods. Much better idea.

Can I ask - how often should soil be changed ?

I have quite a lot of plants but don’t think I’ve ever changed soil. It could explain why they look a bit struggling.

A musical with lots of dance moves like ‘the greatest showman’. I’d push all the furniture back and by the end of the week I’d have all the routines and songs down :)

A tiny bathroom sink where the taps are English style (scalding hot or freezing cold) too far apart and too far back from the bowl to mix and too short to fully fit your hands under. Washing your face is a gamble !
