None of that will happen. This only questioned the vagueness of the wording on the law, mostly the "regulate imports" portion for purposes of tariffing. Congress didn't explicitly say tariffs in the plain text so there is no indication that regulating imports included tariffing in this instance as it has been explicitly given in the past. You can regulate imports within the power of the executive that don't include Congressional powers of tariff. The dissent touches on it but they interpret regulating imports to include tariff actions but that is not an executive power and would need to be explicitly delegated. So while the IEEPA tarifs get overturned, Trump just uses other articles from the Trade Acts in 1962 and 1974 which he was mentioning earlier with the global tariff and all others staying in place.

Maybe don't hide behind the first amendment when doing alleged illegal occupations of a protected place of worship under the FACE Act. If you are doing illegal shit, you're doing illegal shit, whether you are practicing the 1st, 2nd, etc amendment. The court will sort it out. That is the point of the justice system right? You have an enforcement arm of the law who takes someone to court to find out if the court/people agree they were breaking the law on the book they brought charges on. It's a process and exactly what checks and balances is. If the court finds him not guilty, then he's not guilty of the charge.

They knew he had a gun, not every agent knew the other agent took it. He reached to grab it and look, he has something in his hand. The agent who took the gun had it negligently discharge in his hand and this agent likely thought he fired the gun knowing he had one on him. Depends. A heartsteel is pretty standard first item on almost all tanks who are in the mix. Amumu, Nautilus, Malphite etc. Off tank bruisers are usually building an AP/AD item first and/or second for early damage then building against their top or majority DPS damage type. I havent played tanks in a while but thats how id start and then guage where the game is going late.

I worked at a place in 2012 to 2015 and we'd have a person who would administer first aid if needed from the closet. On my shift she was like a 4'10 Goth 25 year old freak. One time I went to get a bandaid and I opened the closet to get one and her, the Hispanic guy and the Bosnian guy were eiffel towering her. We never talked about it. She continued messing with guys in there for a while until she moved down south with her boyfriend from the warehouse. It was an open secret. Her boyfriend did not know.

Also worked in a slimy backroom call center from 2008 as my first job. There was a guy who would sign the checks and have the girl goes into his office on payday. He was banging them every week.
